How about the warranty?
In case your item is defeated in the warranty period, you need to ship your item to us and we will send it to the related party for repairing. There is no service charges but buyer need to pay the shipping fee.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept paypal only. If your payment is not from a verified PayPal account we have the right to void and cancel your order.

What region you are going to ship?
We ship worldside. However, we do ship to country that do not accept paypal.

How can I check the shipment status?
A notification email of dispatch will be sent to buyer after item is posted. Please email us if you don't receive our email after 5 days of full payment sent.

How much time would the item taken to send to me?
Item will be shipped within 3 working days after full payment is received. You should receive item within 2 - 3 weeks from shipment date. Please note that detailed custom inspections can sometimes cause delays.

Do I need to pay for the VAT?
VAT (Value-Added Tax) is buyer's responsibility. However, we will try our best to minimize it.

Is ther any returning policy ?
Yes. In the unlikely event that a return is request, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Note, Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
